Ingredients:

• 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

• 2 TSP Uncle Herbs Honey

• 1 pitted date

• 1 tbsp raw shelled hemp seeds (or seeds of your choice)

• 1/2 ripe medium banana

• 1/2 tbsp chia seeds

• 3/4 cup baby kale (or spinach) 1 cup ice

 

Blend until desired thickness.

Peanut Butter Granola Apple Bites

 

Ingredients:

• Apple slices

• Your Favorite Ganola

• 1 TBS Uncle Herbs Organic Peanut Butter ( 25mg per TBS)

 

Spread Uncle Herbs Organic peanut butter on your apple slices. Top with granola.

Garlic Toast

 

Ingredients:

• 1/4 cup of CannaButter

• 1/4 cup butter, softened

• 1 teaspoon garlic powder

• 2 garlic cloved, minced

• 1/2 teaspoon poppy seed

• 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

• 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon keef

• French bread loaf

 

Combine Cannabtuter, butter, garlic, and herbs. Spread on toasted French bread loaf.

Whole-Wheat Couscous

 

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 cups dry whole-wheat couscous

• 2 cups boiling water

• 3 to 4 green onions, freshly chopped, including tops

• 1 red bell pepper, shredded and finely diced

• 1 carrot grated

• 1 to 2 cup finely shredded red cabbage

• 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh parsley

• 1/2 cup Uncle Herbs Dried Apricots

• Juice of 1 lemon

• 1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar

• 1 tablespoon olive oil

• 1 teaspoon curry powder

• 1 1/2 teaspoons salt

 

Cook whole-wheat couscous as directed. Add Green onions, red pepper, carrots, cabbage, lemon, and apricots. Top with fresh parsley.
